Summary

Responsibilities

  • Issue/review orders to suppliers, recognize logistical needs of customers and internal personnel and understand the coordination needed to ensure documentation flow to meet the needs of contract execution.
  • Build rapport with other CHS offices maintaining positive relationships to establish successful contract execution between inter-company offices and profit centers.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers, logistics and accounting teams, to ensure contracts are set up properly, thereby assuring accuracy and consistency in contract execution.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
  • Verify customer contracts throughout the global market with emphasis in a specific region of the world and issue and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Produce timely and accurate customer invoices to ensure the prompt payment.
  • Maintain an accurate p/l, terms of trade and market position.
  • Comply with government regulations and advise customers of these rules as needed. 
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics

Additional Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of the contract creation process and governing trading roles
  • Understanding  and use of compliance tools and regulations
  • General knowledge of a diverse list of agricultural commodities, products and their governing contracts
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. Propósito do Cargo:

Atender diretamente a gerente na exportação de commodities e importação de matéria prima de Fertilizantes, nos trâmites necessários para a operacionalização dos embarques, importações, e controles afins. Além da análise e controles de contratos internacionais.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Inserir as aplicações de contratos / navios no sistema e fechar / baixar contratos e navios exportados (vessel accounting / contract management/ vessel control);
  • Realizar fixações de preço (give up de futuros). Conhecimento em ramp, proclarity, posição;
  • Eventualmente controlar posição Long & Short (Trading);
  • Contato com despachante, empresas de supervisão e fumigação, compradores, vendedores, CHS INC, originação, trading e corretores;
  • Envio de nomeações/substituições de navio tanto no FOB como mercado interno, controle dos registros de exportação, instrução documentária, realização de supervisão e fumigação;
  • Cálculos de demurrage/despatch. Incluir nas planilhas de controle os contratos de compra Seara.  Identificar os pagamentos e recebimentos (wire).  Relatorio do navio para CHS INC (vessel control);
  • Demais atividades relacionadas á execução de contratos de exportação / importação.

  • Graduação em Comercio Exterior, Administração, áreas correlatas. 
  • Experiência prévia com área de execução de contratos em comércio exterior, ou contabilidade / administração;
  • Inglês Avançado/Fluente.
